Before you come
Will we be locked in?
No. “For your safety, the door you enter through is never locked!” You can leave whenever you need to; the game clock keeps running.
Will strangers join our game?
No. Every booking is private: your group only.
When should we arrive?
10 to 15 minutes before your time. Plan on about 90 minutes in all: 15 before for the briefing and waivers, up to 60 in the room, 15 after for the debrief and photos. Arriving late may shorten your game if another group follows.
How old do players need to be?
Ages 8 and up are recommended; Captured: Doctor Fear is recommended for 12 and up, but not required. A group where everyone is 11 or younger needs a participating adult. Players under 18 need a signed waiver. Children 5 and under who can’t take part can come along free; leave a note when you book.
Can we sign waivers ahead of time?
Yes, on the venue’s remote waiver page.
What if we get stuck?
You choose a hint style before the game. “Experienced provides hints only when requested, while Standard allows your gamemaster to provide helpful nudges if your team gets stuck.”
Can we take photos?
Phones are fine, but the venue asks that no photos or videos be taken inside the escape rooms.
Food, drink and shoes?
No food or drink in the rooms, and no alcohol on the premises. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Are the rooms accessible?
All four rooms are ADA accessible. In Mad Hatter, some wheelchair sizes may need alternative access. Call with a specific question.
Can we walk in?
Walk-ins depend on availability. Booking ahead is the sure way to get a time.
How do changes and refunds work?
Cancel or reduce players 48+ hours ahead for a full refund. Rescheduling 48+ hours ahead is free; inside 48 hours there is a $40 fee. No changes inside 4 hours of the game.
