Before you arrive
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Allow about 90 minutes: roughly 15 for briefing and waivers, up to 60 for the game, and 15 for debrief and photos. Late arrival may shorten play if another group follows.
Ages 8+ are recommended. Doctor Fear is recommended for 12+, but not required. A group in which everyone is 11 or younger needs a participating adult. Players under 18 need a signed waiver. Children 5 and under who cannot take part can accompany the group free; leave a note when booking.

Cancel or reduce players at least 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead is free; inside 48 hours, a $40 fee applies. No changes within 4 hours of the game. Contact the venue to arrange a change.

The venue allows players to be added to your own booking up to that room’s maximum, with tiered pricing adjusted on its system. Its explanation that “SOLD OUT” can indicate a private booking is not a statement about today’s calendar.
